He studied Visual Communication at the University of Newcastle and has since freelanced as an art director and commercial photographer in Australia and internationally. AMBASSADORS Lucas Murnaghan Lucas Murnaghan was born in Toronto and raised in Ottawa, Canada. His early photographic work focused primarily on surf and adventure. He has always preferred to immerse himself in this environment leading to shooting from within the water. An accomplished triathlete and free diver himself, he works without additional SCUBA equipment, allowing him a deeper connection to his subject. AMBASSADORS Francesca Owen Francesca Owen is a photographic artist who specialises in underwater photography. Her passion for the water started as a Synchronised Swimmer at the age of 8, following on to compete at the 2012 Olympic Games. Her Bachelor of Photojournalism from Griffith University enabled her to combine two of her passions, water and photography which took her beneath the surface.
